Kencoil seeks, energetic self motivated individual with the ability to stand, lift and carry weighted objects (up to 40 lbs.), twist, bend, kneel and sit for long periods; speak, hear, close vision, ability to discern detail, ability to accurately communicate thoughts and concepts with management and subordinates verbally and in writing.
Mechanical aptitude, electrical knowledge and aptitude, ability to apply technical concepts to specific problems efficiently and effectively, drawing conclusions about processes and products that are applicable to specific production goals; ability to reason abstractly. Ability to use basic measuring instruments (ruler, micrometer, caliper, etc.). Manual dexterity is required. Kencoil will train you in coil making.
